1. Umfang<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for the rental of video studios of TRGRS Studios UG (limited liability) (hereinafter referred to as „Lessor“) concluded between the Lessor and customers (hereinafter referred to as „Lessee“)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1.2. The GTC apply to all current and future locations of the Lessor where video studios are offered for rent, as well as to all related services such as technical support, post-production, or catering, if provided.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

2. Gegenstand des Vertrags<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

2.1. The subject of the contract is the hourly rental of one or more video studios, including the agreed equipment and services.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

3. Buchung und Mietdauer<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

3.1. The booking of the video studio is made online and can be carried out 24\/7.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

3.2. The rental fee must be paid in advance via the online payment methods offered. Payment by invoice is possible by prior agreement and subject to a credit check. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

3.3. The booking is confirmed online and via email upon receipt of payment. For larger bookings, the Lessor may send a separate booking confirmation in writing or by email. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

3.4. The rental period begins and ends at the times specified in the contract. If the Lessee leaves the studio later than booked, the additional time will be charged according to the price list. Each started hour will be charged as a full hour. If the rental period is exceeded by more than 30 minutes, an additional operational fee may be charged. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

4. Preise und Zahlungsbedingungen\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4.1. The rental prices are based on the Lessor’s current price list, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

4.2. Additional time exceeding the booked rental period will be charged according to the valid price list.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

5. Stornierungspolitik<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

5.1. If the Lessee cancels the booking up to 3 days (72 hours) before the agreed rental start, no fee will be charged.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

5.2. In case of cancellation less than 72 hours before the rental start, a fee of 50% of the agreed rental fee will be due.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

5.3. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the rental start, the full rental fee of 100% will be charged.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

6. Nutzung des Studios<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

6.1. The Lessee undertakes to handle the studio and the equipment therein with care and to use it only for the contractually agreed purpose.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

6.2. The Lessee is liable for any damage to the studio or equipment that occurs during the rental period. The Lessee must remove any significant contamination or will be charged for cleaning. The Lessee is obliged to report any damage or extraordinary contamination immediately. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

6.3. The Lessee must ensure that all legal regulations, particularly with regard to copyright and personal rights, are complied with. The Lessor assumes no liability for any legal violations by the Lessee. The Lessee indemnifies the Lessor from any third-party claims in this regard. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

6.4. In locations with multiple studios, the Lessee is required to be considerate of other tenants and to avoid noise disturbances and other disruptions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

7. Video-\u00dcberwachung<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

7.1. The studios are video-monitored for security purposes. The surveillance serves to protect guests and studio equipment. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

7.2. By booking and using the studio, the Lessee agrees to the video surveillance. The recordings are handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and are only used in the event of security incidents. Video recordings are stored for a maximum of 30 days and then deleted unless security-relevant incidents occur. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

8. Haftung<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

8.1. The Lessor is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. Liability for simple negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are violated. Liability for personal injury remains unaffected. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

8.2. The Lessor assumes no liability for the loss or damage of the Lessee\u2019s property. The Lessee is responsible for securing their valuables. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

9. Datenschutz\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

9.1. The Lessor collects and processes the Lessee’s personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR). This includes name, contact details, and payment information. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

9.2. Data processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract fulfillment). The Lessee has the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to the processing of their data. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

10. Schlussbestimmungen<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

10.1. Amendments or additions to the contract must be in writing. This also applies to the waiver of the written form requirement. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

10.2. If any provision of these GTC is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, a valid regulation shall apply that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

10.3. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction, insofar as legally permissible, is the registered office of the Lessor. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
